Telephone Helpline providing legal advice and support to those who may have had their rights violated under the Human Rights Code.

For those who have experienced discrimination and would like:

  • Legal assistance in completing an application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
  • Legal advice about how to address the discrimination that you experienced

We can help :

  • Resolve a dispute involving your rights under the Human Rights Code
  • File an application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
  • Take your application to mediation or a hearing at the Tribunal
  • Enforce an Order of the Tribunal if the Tribunal finds that you have experienced discrimination
