Nipissing Detoxification and Substance Abuse Programs (NBRHC)

Referenced Resources

Provides residential and outpatient non-medical care for individuals suffering from substance abuse.

The programs includes:

  • Community Addiction Treatment Service (Outpatient)
  • Residential Addiction Treatment Services (including 21-day program) (Inpatient)
  • Withdrawal Management – Detox (Inpatient)
  • Concurrent Disorders (Outpatient) 
  • Methadone Case Management (Outpatient)

Their Safe Beds and Withdrawal Management Services are walk-in 24/7, no referral necessary. They can do completion of ADAT by appointment.

Referrals:

Call and connect to Central Intake for current availibility. 

The following forms must be fully completed and received to consider your application to the residential treatment program:

  • 1. Application for Agency Admission
  • 2. Pre-Admission Health Form (must be completed by a physician or registered nurse)
  • 3. Pre-Printed Physician’s Orders (PPO) (must be completed by a physician only)
  • 4. Crisis Plan
  • 5. ADAT or GAIN Q3 MI ONT Assessment Forms

Application to other services only requires the Central Intake Form.
