Upon completion of taper, clients participate in a 5 day pre treatment program, followed by a 4 week residential program. Clients who are using Benzodiazepine medications will need to be off this medication a minimum of 2 weeks prior to being admitted. Typically the wait time to get into the program is between 3 to 4 months.

How to Apply: The client wanting treatment must make contact with the booking clerk. (number below)

The client must provide:

• $250.00 certified cheque, money order or bank draft made payable to The Oaks Centre to cover the cost of *Suboxone Treatment*. 

This payment is non-refundable and is required prior to an admission date being given.  

• valid provincial health card. 

Upon admission, a valid drug benefits card as well as $250.00 additional cash to cover the cost of other medications that may be prescribed to ease withdrawal symptoms.

• Necessary supplies for seven weeks.
• Transportation to and from Elliot Lake is your responsibility.
